Volunteering at Country Festivals
With the cost of tickets, hotels, food, alcohol, transportation and sometimes airfare, we can all agree that festivals can be pretty expensive. Like many of you, we’re always searching for new ways to save money on festival travel, whether it’s maximizing rewards or staying with a group friends to help cut costs. Traveling smart allows you to attend more festivals, so it’s obviously a no-brainer.
Volunteering at country festivals is a great way to attend a country festival without having to pay for admission. Most festivals require you to work a certain number of hours in exchange for a free festival ticket that you can use when your work shift has ended. Not to mention, giving your time to something you believe in always feels good. Hey, you might even get to make some new friends and meet some of your favorite country stars while you’re volunteering at a country festival.
